Many manaements in the recent times have done stock fair price announcements. Bajaj auto is one of the examples. After Elon Musk's post on X about Tesla FV though resultedin a major bull run.
I think if the Management doing fair value assessment but there are inherent weakness in business that is a dangerous place to be as that's more of a desperation (incentives).
